We use this information to deliver operational messages, generate guest checkout links, coordinate cleanings, support account access, improve service reliability, and maintain communication logs for support and auditing.
SMS and messaging privacy
Phone numbers and messaging consent data are used only to send operational notifications, checkout reminders, cleaner alerts, and related service communications requested by the property operator or initiated by the guest during the stay workflow.
SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Data sharing
We may share information only with service providers needed to operate the platform, such as hosting, authentication, database, and messaging vendors. Those providers may process information only to provide services to Six Star Stay.
Security and retention
