Operational terms for the Six Star Stay platform and messaging program.

These terms describe how Six Star Stay may be used by operators, guests, and cleaners. They also describe how our SMS messaging program works for operational alerts and checkout communications.

Platform use

Six Star Stay is an operational tool for short-term rental coordination, including guest checkout links, cleaner scheduling, and property workflow management. Users agree to use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate rental operations.

SMS program

Six Star Stay may send operational text messages related to guest checkout, property access timing, cleaner coordination, and service notifications. Message frequency varies based on reservation activity and property operations.

Message and data rates may apply.

Consent and opt-out

Guests may receive text messages after being given checkout instructions or operational links associated with their stay. Cleaners may receive text messages after being assigned to property operations by an account administrator.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact support@sixstarstay.com.

No marketing resale

Consent to receive messages from Six Star Stay is not a condition of purchase, and messaging consent is not transferred, sold, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or improve the platform at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we work to maintain reliable access and communication delivery.
